Went out solo to Hidden Falls with my kids the day of the eclipse and randomly met @512braptor while airing down. I followed him around and we had a great day. Thanks again for being our guide! Would love to head out again and do an overnight. After a slight mist would be perfect. It was pretty dusty as others have mentioned.
They have an air up station sort of near the big general store FYI. All the staff I ran across were super friendly and knowledgeable. They take a look at your vehicle and your experience level and highlight a good trail to run on the map. At least they did for me. It's a huge place. Much larger than you'd expect from the main gate.
