Sound Deadening Headliner, Have we seen it yet? How many people are choosing it upon order? I know Jeep offers it from the Factory but I think Quadratec sells it aftermarket. I wonder how well it will work on the Bronco. My friend has a JLU and just bought aftermarket sound deadening for it (He did not want to pay the price of the factory one). The way he described it, seemed like it did just an ok job of keeping any noise out. I am used to driving around vehicles with bad vibration and wind noises, and will be enjoying this Bronco mostly with the top off and probably a bikini top on questionable days. So Im not sure what to do.

Thoughts?

I am getting it for my 2-door top. I would guess it is foam added inside the molded plastic roof panels when it is made. Didn't notice any attachment points on the underside of the roof panels in any of the "reveal" photos or the B&P 360 view.

No, not inside the plastic roof panel. Just adhered to the underside of the roof panels, usually with 3M tape.

I'm going to hold off to see what Hotheads brings. There was also another aftermarket company mentioned that offers a product much like a full headliner. I'd like to see that if they produce one for Bronco before deciding.
Same for me. It seems they have good offerings compared to what you can get with a Jeep stock and for a better price.

You should check out YouTube install videos on the Hotheads kits for Wrangler to see what this product is.

I'll hold off too. I'll see how loud the Bronco is first. My truck now is crazy loud. As long as the Bronco is quieter I don't think I'll be too bothered.

I'm also assuming (perhaps incorrectly) something like Hotheads is likely better than what Ford will have.

After seeing the Hotheads and Coverking 'liners, I may just leave it off my build if I don't see the factory version soon...

I will wait for after delivery to compare factory with aftermarket and see what my options are.

Based on pricing, an aftermarket product is not going to save much if any money and you still have to install it. I might go factory on this. Just one of the many things I wish we had real info on prior to ordering.
