Speaker gremlin B&O system

Had a weird gremlin yesterday morning. I noticed that I had to turn the volume down from 7 (where I usually run it) to 2, then realized it sounded really flat and tinny. Played around with balance and fade, it would go away at full L or R, or full rear, so I pretty quickly figured out it was the center speaker in front dominating, like the radio was coming thru the phone channel but the other speakers as well.

I went in to the settings and it was on 'stereo', selected 'surround' and it went away. Went back to 'stereo' and it was fine after that.

Sent the info to my dealer, just posting here in case anyone else runs in to this.
