Does anyone else find it strange that images of the dashboard has the speedometer on then left side of the screen? After driving in every vehicle imaginable for 44 hrs this is the only vehicle I know if where it is not on the right! Does anyone else find this awkward?

Ford Bronco Speedometer on then left side of the screen? D51F98D8-9A03-4AA9-AA47-4B5EE61D8B2E

Well that’s what the dash looks like in my camaro, so it’s not the only vehicle with speedo to the left

Looks like there is a digital one in the center of the cluster that will be the one that is actually used.

both my Subaru and Mercedes are on the left. From my recollection, most every vehicles I have had is left speedometer'd, including my motorcycles over the years. A couple of centered tachs maybe, but on the left for a tach would be the oddity I believe.

Driven every vehicle imaginable? Perhaps you need to imagine harder?

All BMWs have the speedo on the left.
Interesting, I just find it awkward especially when driving with the left hand and operating something on the dash, gearshift etc. your left arm partially blocks the gauges. Guess I am old school.

How are you holding the wheel that it’s blocking the dash? Like, top center one-hand driving?

If that’s the case, and you’re working the stick shift with your right hand, and you left hand is coming across to the top of the wheel, then it would make sense to put the tach on the right where it’s unobstructed.

Gauges are just a “suggestion” anyways;)

Don't forget to fasten your seat belt.
