Don't forget to fasten your seat belt.
That was just from google quickly, not at home right now. Mine has a lot more than 14miles on it. Lol

Thinking back, my previous cars...

1996 Ram Van: Left side
2008 Mercury Milan: Right side
2010 Mercury Milan: Center
2016 Ford Flex: Center

So we'll go with 'retro' being on the left. I miss that van and how resistant to change it was. They'd upgrade the fonts over the decades but literally only updated the dash in 1998 because they were required to add a passenger airbag.

For a Ford example, my Mustang had the speedo on the left.

Well that’s what the dash looks like in my camaro, so it’s not the only vehicle with speedo to the left
My 2014 Jeep, and 1989 and 2007 BMWs have their speedometers on the left.
Same as my 2015 Wrangler. Challenger speedo is on the right, though.

All BMWs have the speedo on the left.
both my Subaru and Mercedes are on the left. From my recollection, most every vehicles I have had is left speedometer'd, including my motorcycles over the years. A couple of centered tachs maybe, but on the left for a tach would be the oddity I believe.

Driven every vehicle imaginable? Perhaps you need to imagine harder?
For a Ford example, my Mustang had the speedo on the left.
Great!

So it looks like we’re all in agreement that the OP is off their rocker.

;)

Yeah you can't get much more "old school" than my 1967 mustang and it had speedometer on left , tach on right. Lol

Does anyone else find it strange that images of the dashboard has the speedometer on then left side of the screen? After driving in every vehicle imaginable for 44 hrs this is the only vehicle I know if where it is not on the right! Does anyone else find this awkward?

Interesting, I just find it awkward especially when driving with the left hand and operating something on the dash, gearshift etc. your left arm partially blocks the gauges. Guess I am old school.
So how old is old school? My 1965 MG is speedo left tach right.
Sorry just had to give you a little ribbing. All in fun.

The last several Ford trucks I owned had them on the right so I was surprised to see it was on the left on the Bronco..... a curve ball!

The real question is why do we need two speedos to the left of the tach?
