I reached out to Spider no-drill roof racks to inquire about any plans to make one for the Bronco (they make one for the Sport already). They don’t have one in the works but they are looking for a Bronco owner in Southern California to work with in developing one. I’m a California native but unfortunately moved to Georgia 13 years ago. I would have loved to help them design one! If anyone is in SoCal (they are in Covina) and is interested, contact them through the website. These racks look pretty sweet- they don’t require roof rails and are very low profile so would be a good solution for 4D/SAS/2.7 owners.

I want someone to build a rack for the softtop, or an adapter to mount the rear of the factory rails with top up

These are GLUED to the roof??
🤷🏻
It does appear the mounting brackets are secured with epoxy. Thanks for pointing that out. Probably a no go for me if the bronco version would be installed this way. It’s possible they will be utilizing the existing roof rail mounts though. I’m sure someone will make a low profile rack that utilizes the existing mounts. That’s what I’m looking for. I think gobi is working on one.
