Still surprised they didn’t bring the Everest stateside. Seems like the perfect 4Runner competitor.
I guess they tried to reposition the Explorer back into to same market segment as the Everest/4Runner now that the Explorer is no longer on a unibody chassis… but not so sure it worked. Seemed like everyone preferred the Explorer that was losely based on the Ranger (which is essentially what the Everest is).
