I just noticed that this looks like it has the heavy duty modular bumper. But, it has fog lights. I did not see that as an option on B&P. Any ideas?

No. “Capable” bumper is *not* an option on the US Badlands B&P either.

But the cover of the Accessory and Parts Catalog shows a Badlands with the capable bumper.

I think, considering everything else, no one should be taking the B&P as gospel right now.
