Iā€™m sorry, but I think Warthog is the worst name/code name for a vehicle. I would be happy if no one ever called it that again.
still think warthog is a AWFUL brand name decision

like terrible

Sooooo, I can just imagine the bashing yous would be dishing out back in 05 when .......

certain concepts came out called Petunia !!!!!

These two ASS KICKERS ARE NAMED AFTER FUCKING FLOWERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

At least a Warthog is a lot tougher sounding than a flower !!!!!

Of note; the first time the word ā€œWarthogā€ was said on this forum was Feb 9th of this year.... by me. In reference to how much I love the A-10 Warthog.

Curious ;)

(Also a certain leaker mentioned the word again only a week later)

Hereā€™s the posts for posterity:

REMEMBER WHEN I TOLD YOU THIS LITERALLY MONTHS AGO.
I WORKED FOR FORD RECENTLY.

EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID IS CORRECT.

WHY NOT JUST LISTEN GOD I HATE THIS FORUM.
ALSO NO HYBRID AND A V8 IS NEVER HAPPENING
MORE POWERFUL v6 THE END

FUCK

I feel your pain man, I have answered a question only to have someone else ask the same question three posts later. You could literally see the answer on the same page as the question. That is the nature of this forum now, since the reveal, no one reads anything they just post, or start polls, or start threads instead of taking the time to read through, or search the forum for the answer they are looking for.

Hang in there, don't let it bother you. There will always be some one like this out there. I deal with the public all day selling auto parts and accessories. People are the same way there. I can answer the same question 10 times in a row and they will ask it again, and I just keep giving the same answer 'till it sinks in.

Probably would have been a better name for the current 4Runner TRD Pro especially if you read the description...

And is it me or does the rear shock mounts look different than the other broncos weā€™ve seen? Looks beefier? Same with the rear too?

this post has stood out in my memory since the day I read it.
Feb 16, 2020

My 2 cents. This is the 2nd time if heard the term ā€œWarthogā€ and saw 37ā€ tires mentioned. 1st time was at dinner a few weeks ago with some wheeling buddies and a guy whoā€™s a sales director for a pretty known off-road brand offering OEM parts for the bronco. Take it with a grain of salt but thatā€™s the only 2 times Iā€™ve seen them mentioned and those are pretty specific items to mention. Once from a stranger on the internet and once from a guy I met personally 700 miles away.

1 sorry Iā€™ve been gone for so long. Big construction push before the frost. Crazy busy at work.

2 price will be under (MSRP) the F150 Raptor ($50,000?). But good luck finding one for under 75k sticker

3 Warthog? Looks more like a Puma...

4..
Ride height sensor visible in this pic. Air ride?

BroncoWarthog.m08.Raptor-Version-Bronco6G.jpg
no. Normal shocks. Just covered. Almost every new mid level car has suspension travel sensors. Tow truck drivers worse enemy!

5 DAMN BOY SHE THICC!

6 Glad itā€™s still single exhaust. Not fake dual exhaust. Nothing worse than fake dual tips. Unless itā€™s true H pipe or X pipe. Give me single.
