If I had an injection molding company I would make a killing off black and body colored flare “delete” kits

Look the 2020 F-150 and the fender trim. It might not be on all trims but I know the 2WD Lariat has these very subtle inch wide or so trim pieces painted the same color as the body. the Bronco NEEDS these. Make them just large enough to cover the holes and mounting surface from the stock fender flairs.

Look how far set back in the radiator is!
You could easily stuff a winch way down deep inside, between the frame rails.
That removable grille and lower valence panel ( painted part between the bumper and grille) could be cut to clear whatever stuck out, without any permanent mods to the body.
