hello, I am working with my local shop to install the SS5 light bar on my bronco. Can you please confirm if we can use the existing wiring in the a pillar to supply the light bar? I have the factory switches installed, but I believe the a pillar wiring harness is 1.5 mm, or 16 gauge. I do not think that will support the average needed. Can you confirm?

7. Locate the auxiliary switch wiring above the windshield. Access the owner’s manual in the head unit and determine what wire color you will connect to based on the amperage rating. Connect the wire for the main beam to the highest-rated wire. Using wire strippers, remove enough insulation to make a good connection. Insert the wire into the butt connector and crimp it to secure the connection. Repeat this process for the backlight wire. We recommend connecting the wire for the backlight to the footwell or engine bay auxiliary switch wiring.
