Featuring the highest output intensity of any 5-inch LED pod on the market, these auxiliary lamps have been designed for maximum functionality, with patented technology and custom-engineered TIR optics, all in a durable package.

The Windshield CrossLink Lightbar Kit for the 2021 Ford Bronco from Diode Dynamics allows you to mount seven linked SS5 LED pods above the factory windshield. These application-specific brackets were CAD-designed to bolt into place using factory mounting points above the factory windshield. No cutting or drilling required!

The Grille CrossLink Lightbar Kit for the 2021 Ford Bronco from Diode Dynamics allows you to mount six linked SS5 LED pods in front of the factory grille. These application-specific brackets were CAD-designed to bolt into place using factory mounting points on the factory grille. No cutting or drilling required!

Selectable Backlight. The Stage Series 5" LED Pods included in the White kit feature a selectable backlight with eight different color options, perfect for an extra styling accent, or for more visibility when you’re not using the main beam. Selecting your backlight color is easy - simply alternate the power on and off. There’s no complicated programming with a controller! The SS5's backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic, providing unique accent lighting that you won't find on other LED pods.

NOTE: Due to the yellow lens, the Yellow kit is only available with an Amber backlight color.

CrossLink: Unlike other options on the market that use multiple pieces to link pods together, we have designed a single-piece CNC aluminum link. This provides extreme rigidity, but is fully adjustable, for both straight and curved configurations.

Control through OEM Aux Switches. Included with the kit is our OEM Auxiliary Switch Wiring Harness. This harness allows you to control your lights using the factory-installed aux switch bank. Two switches will be used - one for the main beam, and one for the backlight. For those who don't have the aux switch bank, our Heavy Duty Wiring Harness is also included to mount a switch and connect directly to the battery.

Functional Output. Stage Series beam pattern options were designed with advanced optical simulation modeling, to shape the output in highly-functional beam patterns with high efficiency.

  • Combo pattern combines both the Driving and Flood optics, perfect for all-around use. It shines light downrange in a focused 30x20 Driving beam to punch with distance, and fills in the surrounding area to create a full 70x30 degree pattern. With a row of driving optics in the middle, and a flood optic on the top and bottom, this has been designed to provide extra light for every situation.

White or Yellow. This kit is available in a cool white or selective yellow color. The white is a 6000K color temperature, which is a true cool white output, and matches most factory LED lighting. The selective yellow is a 3000K color temperature, great for high contrast in poor weather or a distinctive look on the road.

Sport or Pro. This kit is available at two different power levels. All options use high-intensity LED emitters, and TIR optics for unmatched focus and overall output. The Sport model uses nine high-intensity LEDs for 40W of total power. The Pro model steps things up in a big way, with double the total power at 90W. Click the Specifications tab to see more information.

Interchangeable Lens. Need a different beam pattern or color? You can swap it yourself! We offer replacement lenses that allow you to change the color or optic of your Stage Series SS5 Pods.

Snap-on covers. For states that require them, we also offer snap-on covers for your SS5 Pod. These covers are available in a variety of colors and keep your SS5 Pod clean and protected from dirt, dust, or whatever else the road throws your way!

Proven Reliability. Stage Series LED lighting has been extensively tested for long-term operation from -40 to 185 degrees F, along with vibration, moisture intrusion, and corrosion testing. All of these tests are completed to SAE standards, just like your factory lighting components. They've also been put to the test on-road by racers and enthusiasts alike.

How many amps do the two light bars draw? My math shows both the bumper and roof exceeding 40amps which is the maximum AUX switch (I think?)

Is it possible to have 3-4 lights on one switch and another 3 on a second switch.

Hey! You can check the amperage ratings on all of the SS5 lights on our site.
Unfortunately, the factory AUX switches are quite limited in power capacity. You can use the 40A to power the SS5 Sport windshield, but not both windshield and grille. You'll also need another wire to power the backlight, so we do recommend running an extra harness powered from the battery, either way. However, you can still control that extra harness with your aux switches if you'd like.

Thanks!

I think with the Pros and 6 lamps its about 40amps total, the roof bar would be more. My point being that the a relay is likely needed to use any of the AUX switches with either bar. I didn't expect to run the two bars on one switch. Can you split the bumper bar into two switches/locations.

Yes, you're correct. However, you can power the Sport bar through the 40A aux directly if you'd like - we have tested this. But not both, and definitely not Pro.

With the way the SS5s wire up, you can really control them any way you'd like. You can power each pod individually if you want! We offer a range of wire splitters and harnesses to achieve whatever you're looking for. A pair of lights in Driving on one switch, then another switch to light up combo/flood, would be really functional. You can "build" your own kit at the same cost of the actual lightbar, if you prefer a more customized setup!

Can I buy Harness separately for SSC2?
Which harness can I buy to wire 2 aux switch for siwthing backlit and light?

I only notice only red cable to connect to aux switch (which is the main light).

Which backlit wire should I connect to different aux switch cable?
Hey there! Please check your inbox. We just replied to your direct message with more information and assistance regarding wiring to your aux switches.

Will there be a round Bezel option for the SS5's?
Will there be a roof mount design for factory roof rails?
