SSC2 Pro Dual LED Light Reverse Kit Installed on Bronco Raptor

This has to be one of the easiest installs.
ordered the Dual LED Light Reverse Kit from 4x4 Truck LED @4x4TruckLEDs.com I selected the SSC2 Pro lights which I think look great.
installation was very straightforward. On the Bronco Raptor I removed the trailer plug mount to get access to the rear plug then plugged in the adapter from the kit. I selected two outboard bolts to mount the brackets and then connected all the wires and tightened everything up. Looks and works great. Acts as red tail lights with the lights on. Powerful reverse lights when backing up. Lights also work with Zone lighting.

Always a potential for that. But they don’t sit lower than the rear tow hooks.

If you want something that is meant to withstand contact, then look at BMC Lights Slim Halo Bar kit. They have Rigid lights encased in the same steel bar stock that the tow hitch is made from. I have a set that I'll be installing in the next few weeks.

any issues with this? i always thought raptors had something with their trailer assist? i believe, that caused anything being hooked to the hitch wire to trigger it.

Nothing that I have noticed, I haven’t hooked up my trailer yet, but I haven’t had any weird messages
