Standard Front Bumper Mods and Accessories

Can this be a chain of accessories and modifications on the standard bumper? Seems like there isn't much but hoping more comes up. I've seen one nice license plate option so far but everything seems to be modular bumper related in most places. I understand the reasoning why but there are a lot of standard bumper people who will want to make changes.

There are or will be aftermarket bumpers with accessories but unless you drill into it what type of mounting points does the standard have?

I have no idea (which seems like the same reason I used when I decided not get a modular bumper), but after the post earlier today (adding a modular bumper) it seems like switching to modular isn't easier either which is what I expected. Hoping for more group think regarding what people are doing small, large or how to switch.

Does aftermarket just need to create new green and purple pieces? I'm just interested in learning more about options. I was very surprised that someone had to cut off pieces to get the mod bumper on as I considered looking for one on the secondary market.

I would like to talk about this more too, I haven't had the chance to simply take my bumper off yet but I would love to have some sort of sturdy mounting point in the GREEN boxes to put some lights. I know there are hard points behind the YELLOW boxes where the modular bumper mounts so there could be something that comes off of there but I would probably need to fabricate myself.

The Bumper was the one thing I overlooked and really wish I hadn't... don't love the plastic but I don't have the money to switch now that I have it in hand.

Rough Country makes a shackle replacement for the standard.

Yeah, that’s RCs Forged Shackle…. I was going for beefy and stout, and those are some of the beefiest out there. The Shackles are sold separately, so PLENTY of options for ya!

I did the same RC install. Super easy to install and wakes up the plastic bumper.
