Not much info on this, but Motor 1 speculates that the body panels will be made in the same plant as the F-150 therefore they think that the Bronco will be at least partly aluminum.

Aluminum is hard to repair and not so great if you bang a panel off roading. However, it's much lighter. Anyone have info on this?

The only way I'll care, is if it's transparent aluminum.

In which case, I'll buy two.

IIRC all the moveable parts will likely be aluminum so swing gate, hood, doors.

The more aluminum the better as far as I'm concerned - lighter weight makes a better vehicle for every performance metric. That's provided they make the panels reasonably easily replaceable.

The patent filings would seem to point to the concept that it's easy to get the panels on and off.

Light makes right, and 370-400hp out of the 2.7tt would make this beastly
