Has anyone noticed the SASQ models being difficult to steer in reverse? one finger turns seem to be impossible or at least difficult. maybe the pump is based off stock tire sizes?

all broncos have an electric steering rack. So if there is a difference in reverse it is programed that way. That said, I haven't noticed a difference forward or reverse on my badlands Sasquatch.

Learn something new every day. LOL I know it seems nitpicky, but just something I noticed.

Apples to Oranges comparison, and I have no idea of your previous four wheel drive experience, but my super duty feels "funny" in reverse when I'm in 4wd. However, 4wd was not part of the symptoms you laid out, so I'm spitting into the wind.
