Stickerfab and 21offroad.com r style LED lights broken

Hi,

Last year I purchased a set of r style lights from 21offroad, which was or is related to stickerfab.com. I noticed a couple of months back one of the lights turned to

a different color when on the yellow setting. Has anyone had the same issue ? I tried contacting 21offroad a couple of times this summer and cc’d stickerfab. I have not heard back. I also sent them both an email yesterday. I have not been able to reach by phone.
I am disappointed in this product and customer service.
Any ideas what I can do ?

Maybe give it a few business days before feeling miffed by "poor customer service"?
It was a Holiday weekend and maybe Chris had an extended weekend.
He does not have a dedicated CS team waiting by the PC or phone 24/7.
I'll tag him here, as I believe he is back in the saddle now at work.

Hello all. Those were discontinued a while back. We might have some emitters laying around that can be sent out.

Pm me address and number of emitters that have issues with photos please. This will be first come first serve but I'll test anything that goes out beforehand.
