@broncosor unfortunately Stig was not able to get to the bottom of this! Stig also been reassigned! So I don't think we will ever truly figure it out! I apologise!
Reassigned? Do we start a GoFund Me account for his bail?

Perhaps the elusive and fabled, much like Sasquatch himself, 2" factory lift was being tested on the units he measured?

Well, well, well. An extra 2" on my FE has me feeling long and strong!

Naa..just sent off to do a new project!
Hopefully it was due to high performance at whatever he did. Rather than a punishment for industrial espionage.

The right way to compare suspension height differences is from the fender to the middle of the wheel center cap. This will method will account for differences in wheel/tire height.

For those of us with low garage doors this is kind of a big deal. The height better be what was specified in their documentation which I believe was right around 75".

Unless you ordered it based on the spec published by Ford and only had 1" of clearance in your garage and now it's 1" too tall to fit...that would suck.
Ya man that would suck. I wouldn’t get to excited just yet. I can’t fathom why the WT would have a different height than a squatched Bronco

I thought the Badlands and SQ had the same suspension minus the bump stop. The difference in height comes from larger 35” tires. No expert but I did read it somewhere along the journey.
Badlands and SQ have the same type of position sensitive bilsteins... published specs and Ford reps however confirm that after correcting for the difference in tire size, SQ has an additional 10mm of lift over BL. Ford reps haven't said anything explicit other than there are different components.

One prevailing theory is SQ simply has stiffer springs.

For the record, i'm calling out Stig that he/she is higher than I am right now. Not sure if it's the 10mm bump stop higher, or the full 2" higher. But definitely higher.
Someone say high...

excellent GIF usage
@Toccoa is the gift that keeps on GIFing. Did you see his lightning quick trigger finger on Mr. Sasquatched Wildtrak (🤦‍♂️) reservation flipper? He got it in before Doug shut the whole thing down.

It is also important to know the overall vehicle height for those of us trying to make sure it will fit our garage. I would seriously consider changing model and/or squatch options if needed so that it will fit in the garage.

No. What we thought was that the FE had the same suspension as Sasquatch (and WT by extension).

(It was understood that FE and WT comes with Sasquatch standard)
OK, I get that but from the Ford site...

I would think that the Badlands Squatched and a First Edition should be the same for the undercarriage.

Let's not forget about weight differences due to engines, transmissions, bumpers, rockers, skid plates, etc. Really need specifics for a fair comparison.
