I was told it could take up to 2 1/2 years and here I am still waiting. About 2 years in and my Cyber Orange is no longer available and the dealer suggested some deletes to the lux package to speed it up. Who else is in this purgatory?

849 days since my reservation. I feel your pain about the color thing, I lost my AMB the first go around.


At a small dealer, no Granger, etc. Dealers first order/reservation. Ford has built their 2nd. 3rd, 4th, and now 5th order. That 5th order was placed AFTER I placed me re-order in OCT of '21, and just delivered 2 days ago. When I reordered back then I got conformation from Ford in an e-mail that "we have your order, and we will build". COVP program last year but did not work because here I sit still waiting. It is all about allocation and when that dealer allocation comes up, then it is dependent on what Ford can build.

The way I see it the ONLY way they get things cleared up is to leave the order blanks closed until ALL the orders, currently in the system, are scheduled. If the blanks get opened the same thing will happen to us as happened last year. Even though you have a COVP order if the dealer's allocation and Fords part availability don't match ( i.e. the planets are aligned) then you will not see a Bronco anytime soon. I have been down that road last year and I am still waiting.

I have watched as others have ordered the exact build as mine, with a walk in orders, and they get built and that was just in the past few rounds. It is beyond frustrating it is a DEBACLE of the highest magnitude. IMO. TOTAL SHIT SHOW.

My dealer is just as frustrated as I am. Reps can't give them an answer. Ford has no answer. My order just hangs the, in space, spinning in circles, looking for a build date. Pathetic.

In the same boat 854 days since reserving. Went through a very small dealership and they are truly the kindest and most responsive dealer out there. I am first in line and from what I hear a few of us long waiting orders have been upgraded to priority 2 but that means nothing if your dealer gets an allocation here or there sparingly. @Ford Motor Company do the right thing and schedule all outstanding 2020 and 2021 reservations before you open up the order banks again. Please.

Mine's a standard package and still waiting on BlackDiamond, also made me switch from cyber orange to white now. I am not feeling very hopeful, if I find a good deal on nice FJ cruiser standard transmission. I am grabbing that in few months from now if I don't see any update in my order.
