This is an odd one... The thud can be felt in the chassis, but I don't hear a thud...
When I'm rolling up to a stop, still moving at a crawl, and I lift off the brakes, I can feel this knock, or slop in the chassis. Hard to explain...
Almost as if a control arm is allowing the axle to twist under braking, and then it snaps back when the brake pressure is eased off...?

There's a thread on this somewhere, mine does it as well. To me it feels like the hill assist letting loose, but it doesn't do it all the time.

Mines been doing this for almost 10k miles now. At this point I figure it's a unintended feature, not a bug 🤣 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe loose body to frame bolts, they were detected in some pre-delivery inspections. Get underneath and inspect all chassis bolts!

Yep, mine does the same and it seems more noticeable over the last 1k miles. I'm at 5300. Someone mentioned F150 dry drive shaft slip yokes on another thread so maybe we have the same thing happening? It reminds me of leaf spring axle wrap.

Happening to mine too. It’s so annoying. I’m glad I’m not the only one. Sometimes it’s so noticeable that I look behind me to make sure no one tapped my rear bumper. Going to a second dealer on Wednesday to check it out. First dealer said NPF and blamed it on a lift. It was 💯 doing it before the lift so I know for a fact it’s not caused by that.

I've had this since I got my Bronco last December. Feels exactly the same effect as rusting/seizing a emergency brake cable on my '94 2Dr Explorer. Finally took it in to have it checked out and was told by the dealership that they couldn't re-produce, but it has stopped. I wonder how they tested and if that was the cure?

I wouldn't even know how-to begin to describe it to a service advisor. Lol
@HotdogThud, please help a brother out!
