How many times does it need to be said that the Bronco isn't affected by the chip shortages?

The reason for the chip shortages was back in March 2020, car companies cut back on their orders and the chip manufactures went to with other companies (smart TVs etc) to fill production. The car sales didn't slow down and created shortages and car companies couldn't get chips made because they where locked out from production batches.

The Bronco Chip orders where done after this and Ford already knew what they needed and got them made...

Just called (blend date of 7/1) and no one can give me an updated status. Ford Customer service rep said it was "in production" but had no other info on why. so either something fell off my car and they are fixing it or its built and just hanging out waiting to be shipped. I guess Ill know when i get a status.

This is not exclusive to the Bronco. Every vehicle is delayed due to parts shortages and Ford being way behind in production.

Your dealer should have more info... it wont be the same, but maybe it will say it is produced.
