Thanks for the comparisons. Link to what you bought?
4" dash and rear:
https://www.crutchfield.com/p_091PC100/Focal-Performance-PC-100.html?tp=105

Fit in the rear is tight as the tweeter bow the grill out a bit. Had to cut 2 mounting tabs and heated the rear grills to bow them out a bit. I might suggest something where the tweeters don't stick out as much to avoid this issue. Fronts installed with no modifications.
Here is the difference between the B&O vs focal magnet side.
Ford Bronco Subwoofer & Amp Install in B&O System (OuterBanks/LUX/Sasq/B&O/4dr) - Writeup DIY PXL_20211130_181443065

I still have these to install in the kicks: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_091PC165/Focal-Performance-PC-165.html?tp=105
But will likely have to model and 3d print an adapter to mount them since the metra adapters will likely cause fitment issues.

So it looks like the B&Os are less than 4".

B&O and standard are both 100mm, which is 3.937 inches
Maybe it's just the mounting plate, but the spacing between the screw holes and the woofer edge look bigger on the B&O.

Ah, ok. There wasn't any issues there, though I guess it was maybe slightly different.

I have my Badlands with just the mid package… no bump at all…open to suggestions.. need a sub and amp… anything else?
Start by replacing the front dash speakers. That made the biggest difference for me so far. I’ve replaced the front dash and rear pod speakers with Kicker KS 4”. I noticed a big difference with the front, not so much with the rear. I’m going to replace the kick panel speakers too (having a pro do those for me) and likely having him install a Kicker 8” hideaway into the back drivers side panel. I also put some poly fill in behind the speakers and that helped.

Was that 4" that you pulled out from the B&O or the base audio?

will ya'll wake me up when you have a turn key part list to DIY upgrade the B&O system?

I dont know what any of this is, but I can wire stuff and would love to improve sound quality as much as possible in the existing package space.

It’s from the base, which is pretty sad considering it was the high package. Not sure how much better the B&O will be.

Dunno, don't have it yet, just reading others say even the b&o is lacking. Drove a Lincoln aviator with the revel once, that sounded amazing
