Your signed order, it's a legal contract. So what prevents them from ADM at time of delivery? What was the penalty? The final payment/paperwork is not finalized until then and if you walk they have a rig for the lot. THis happened a lot with the Corvette C8
His tweet is the main picture on the change.org petition in the below thread...Where did Mike Levine ever confirm x-plan? Ford has done a poor job of rolling this out, but I have never seen a post that guaranteed x-plan. Just bargain with your dealer or find one that will.
Like I said, just says A/Z. No one specifically asked about X plan. It's splitting hairs but thats how business is done. His tweet is the main picture on the change.org petition in the below thread...

Do not disagree, but if were going to debate it (wink) the "/" is a common way to express all the letters in between. Then there's the full tweet...Like I said, just says A/Z. No one specifically asked about X plan. It's splitting hairs but thats how business is done.
I would have directly asked him about X Plan in this Twitter exchange if I thought he wasn't already suggesting it was X-Plan eligible by telling someone that he would assist with securing X-Plan for a Bronco.Do not disagree, but if were going to debate it (wink) the "/" is a common way to express all the letters in between. I agree. It will be easy for them to say it was never specifically mentioned. It's lame but it is what it is. I think the amount of people who won't follow through on their order is minimal due to thisDo not disagree, but if were going to debate it (wink) the "/" is a common way to express all the letters in between. The OP OP, bow down!I would have directly asked him about X Plan in this Twitter exchange if I thought he wasn't already suggesting it was X-Plan eligible by telling someone that he would assist with securing X-Plan for a Bronco.
Agreed, to me it's about having a smooth process with minimal dealer BS, which I was hoping to avoid.I agree. It will be easy for them to say it was never specifically mentioned. What if Ford wants/needs to lose some sales, or reservations, since they likely oversold reservations and need to get the numbers back down by people canceling. They should have capped the reservations, and it wouldn't hurt if they were more transparent about this whole launch...
Lol. You guys truly believe Ford did this because they hate money and want to turn people off from buying their product? If Ford is as bad at business as you two are suggesting they’ll be folding soon. This exactly. They oversold, want to save some face by not saying they oversold and wanted to thin numbers a little bit while not completely gutting the reservation numbers.
Either way, I think my day 2 reservation looks even more appealing now. ??‍
I always try to go in with nothing to lose and no trade in. Its just a truck, I will walk away if it isn't the deal I want.Agreed, to me it's about having a smooth process with minimal dealer BS, which I was hoping to avoid.
That's what the Corvette guys said.... in order to win in court you would have to buy the vehicle then sue for the difference plus maybe lost wages....Your signed order, it's a legal contract.
I disagree. A dash would imply units in between, not a slash.Do not disagree, but if were going to debate it (wink) the "/" is a common way to express all the letters in between. Then there's the full tweet...
Shut up and take my like!I disagree. A dash would imply letters in between, not a slash.
