Has anyone else had an issue with the sun visor clipping the rear-view mirror every time you put it down? First world problems but having to adjust the sun visor and rear view every time you use it is getting annoying. Oh these sunny topless days in Texas.

Is your mirror installed off center?

It slides out. Do you have it slid all the way towards the hinge as close as you can?

Mirrors are usually on stalks, they don't just tilt they can move side to side and up and down. Scoot it over to the right a quarter inch? Just a guess without actually seeing it

Mine never catches the mirror. You may not have it slid towards the A post all the way.

Yep. Picked up ours this weekend. Drove me crazy over the 2 days driving home. Everytime I went to tilt the visor forward to block the sun, it shifted the mirror.

doesnt matter how you have the mirror positioned, it still hits it. See pics below.

Don’t suppose you have a picture of the clipping? Curious minds want to know.

Mine is slid all the way over to the apillar and still interferes. Even if I pivot the mirror until it hits the black camera box behind the mirror, visor still hits it.

Weird. Looks like its too far to the right. And you cant sled it left toward the A-pillar any farther?
Nope. It wont budge and it hits the stop on the visor elbow mount.
