I wonder if he has been on paid/unpaid leave this whole time?

Lots of other jobs out there right now...labor shortages have folks paying really well. I hope he/she finds something really good.

I don't know the exact details. Miss Ashley might be able to provide more clarity.

But my understanding that it has been unpaid leave. The Stig had many years of service so perhaps there is some benefit the union provides, but I don't know.

Absolutely love it. As for the Stig..he is no longer a Ford man…their loss tho. He was a hell of a mechanic, but another great manufacturer grabbed up his skills and put him to work. Doing what he loves! Long love the Sttttiiigggg!!

Glad he landed on his feet. Ford fucked up by not doing wink wink nod nod. He was by far the best source of "insider information" in the world of social media they had at the time when it was going from pre production to actual production. Long haulers up in here remember those times well...
