I received a surprise text today from my dealer that I have a week of 7/2 build date.
Anyone else have the same build date. Just wondering if you have been assigned a vin number or when we can expect delivery. As I never received a email from Ford. Thanks in advance.

I got a phone call from my dealer that I was getting built 3-4 days before I got the VIN email from Ford.

Interesting I wonder if they’re gonna try to push the FEs out ASAP now.

Reservation was first night at 10:33 pm eastern.
Ordered a First Edition, Lightning Blue with Black interior. No add ons.
I have a laundry list of deadly sins, but we won't get into that right now.
Blood type o positive.
Prefer everything meat pizza, hold the pineapple.

God I hope so, I’m tired of seeing “i’m a day 1 , hour 1 , minute 1 “ res holder, kinda seems like they all are..LOL, Before all you FE holders go bashing on me understand that YES, you FE holders should be handled first, I can see the argument from both sides, but ultimately, those that stepped up and ordered an FE should be rewarded. for shelling out the big bucks. I’ll just wait patiently on our OBX, we are fortunate enough to wait it out. Once it finally arrives it’ll be that much sweeter!

I like your thought process. At this point with hard tops in question, it only makes sense to push out the FEs. Since they have to be built in 21 and all receive hard tops.
