I have a tentative service appointment to check out the common leak between the shocks and the reservoirs. Is this likely to be addressed as "normal" or have dealers been warrantying them for a replacement? All four have leaking/staining. The reservoirs haven't fallen off, but the leak/staining between it and the shock doesn't seem ok or normal to me. My Badlands has <15k miles and isn't 2 years old yet.

Is there some verbiage or phrases I need to use to increase the likelihood of replacement so I don't get the diagnostic charge for them to tell me it's normal?

I'm also getting an intermittent clunk when letting off of the brakes while in drive. The clunk doesn't happen when in Park or Neutral so I know it's not the brakes releasing to far/hard, and doesn't happen every time, but frequency has been increasing to ~every other stop/go. Is this likely the driveshaft I've seen here?

Just looking for advice/guidance when dealing with the dealership to help get my Bronco back up to par.

My dealership said my stained-pattern shocks are fine but I don’t trust them, so whatever. I plan to get a Bilstein 6112 set when they inevitably wear out.

Am thinking of doing the FP upgrade as well to keep at least a bit of warranty, rather than replacing with the same subpar shock that will likely have the same problem.

The 6112 is a far superior shock to the stock setup.

That’s what’s used in the FP package, correct, just minus the Ford labeling?
