I’ve got a 2021 Badlands 2-door Sasquatch that I‘m thinking about upgrading the suspension on. A while back I installed a JCR bumper, warn winch along with full skids. Overall these mods added 200#, with most of the weight being upfront. This obviously dropped the front end and softened the suspension.

I want to do this right but don‘t want to exceed $8,000 installed. I could probably do the installation myself but I’m scheduled to have back surgery soon and won‘t be able to do the work myself until early next year.

My goals with new suspension are to:

1) Get back to stock height plus add 1” to 2” lift. I’d like to maintain close to stock rake (see #3).
2) Improve overall off-road performance with focus on handling on bumpy washboard roads and increased travel for occasional rock crawling and possibly trails like the Rubicon.
3) Stiffen the suspension over stock to handle the increased weight of the winch, bumper, skids and cargo. I commonly haul gear in the back and plan to pull a small off-road cargo trailer in the future (light, under 1,500# with 100# - 150# tongue weight) a few times each year for camping and hunting trips.

Looking for input on suspension kits that will fulfill my requirements.

I’m partial to ICON, their systems work well in Broncos, IMO. Shame you don’t have the budget for the 8, but take a look at the 5, should be in your budget installed or close.

I went with full ICON suspension and the KING 2.5 adjustable Coilovers. So much better than stock Sasquatch.

Not released yet, but I‘m looking at the Accuair air suspension. It should be in your price range. Great videos on Jeep version on wayalife’s channel.

They aren't making it for the 2-door.

Both Eibach 2.0s and Bilstein 6100s are height adjustable and will do what you seek for far less coin than most...I'm guessing either could be had for $4k max installed.

Thanks for all the input so far! I’d looked at Icon in the past but wasn’t aware they had lower lift options until I scrolled to the later pages on the Bronco page and they showed up there. Please keep suggestions coming!

I would recommend wild tracks take off suspension (fox shocks) and rear OEM rear sway bar ($350)

We've got a new option you may want to consider, Ride Shocks. Weight range specific options that will come with different spring rates & valving. Adjustable in height, high and low speed adjusters with 100% focus on ride quality. They are serviceable just like the rest and come with a 3 year warranty. Not the cheapest option, but they will deliver performance.

I’m planning on the ride coilovers whenever I get around to it. For all the reasons @AccuTune Offroad mentioned above. Seems to be the best option to work with what you have instead of just the mule one company used to get a broad use product out the door.

Personally I'd go with Bilstein 6100s and the heaviest Sasquatch springs available.

200# isn't that much. I'm at 300# and my Bronco rides amazing.

Then Anti Rock track bar bracket.

Rock Jock sway bars if you are a serious offroader.

quick question: do you recommend the anti-rock front and rear sway bars? I’m non-SAS BD right now, and I don’t have the OEM rear sway bar, which would be the other option, for the rear.

If you are rock crawling go for it.

I'm happy with the rock Anti rock and rear OEM sway bar.
