Attention suspension wizards,

I've already searched the forums, but want to get some current recommendations. 2021 Badlands Sasquatch. This is for the vehicle below so you can have some idea what we're dealing with. Goals:
  • Full 2" Lift (adjustable would be nice) leveling
  • 37" tires (want to get as much clearance as possible so I don't catch on fire....again
  • Smooth ride for miles of BLM roads
  • Daily driver as well
  • No rock crawling
  • Reasonably priced
  • Extra weight shown in photos
  • MAINLY CLEARENCE to not collect debris on the skid plates (avoid another fire)
Any ideas?

2023 Badlands Sas mod list:

*JKS Max Tire kit - this went on first

*Eibach coil springs- didn’t provide lift as advertised so I made the below modifications
Front- added Level kit shim spacers, one .25“ on top one .25” on bottom. Netted 2.5” total front suspension lift
Rear- added Broncbuster 1” collar to the Eibach coil. Netted 2” total rear suspension lift

*Custom 2.5” body lift. Added Broncbuster front & rear bumper relocation kits (their 3”)

*Vision rims with +12 offset

* Patagonia XT 13.5X38 tires no rub

*Stage 1 74 Weld steering upgrade with Icon tie rides

* Rockjock tract bar relocate bracket

drives great!

*74 Weld steering rack upgrade

* Icon tie rods

* Milestar Patagonia XT tires 38X13.5

* RC tailgate brace. With the Bronco buster rear bumper relocate kit installed, the tire pretty much rests
on the rear bumper with some custom tweaks

* RC brake light extension

* Rockjock tract bar relocation bracket- Very import addition to get her driving straight as an arrow

I am very please with the results. The ride/drive feel is great

Eibach Stage 2 is hard to beat. Combine with Zone upper control arms if you want to max out the height. Simple, rides nice and economical. @Panda Motorworks will discount it all and make you a nice package.

Had my eye on this set up. Question: I've read folks haven't been able to get the full 2" they wanted. Is this still true?

Yeah you can absolutely get to full height, just make sure to get the HD (Heavy Duty) spring option so your droop is reduced. Just select "YES" on the product screen on our website.

This kit sounds perfect for you. Cannot beat this setup for the price, especially since we have it heavily discounted already for Black Friday. Happy to answer any questions, just shoot me a message!

@panda motorworks, are these adjustable. I want to raise my BD about 1" not the full 2 inches.

Am I reading this correctly, the minimum lift for the BD is 1.6 front and 2.3" rear?

That is correct as they based this kit to have a base height of slightly over the SAS suspension as you can see above. Overall with leveling its about the min you need to properly do so and allow fine tuning!

I think you would be very happy with this setup!

The Eibach with heavier springs looks like a good deal. Too bad it wasn’t an option when I was in the market.

Just to throw out another option... I'm running the Dobinsons IMS adjustable coilovers with the heaviest springs offered on both ends. Been happy with the performance and how its handled the extra weight of my bumper/winch, full steel skids, and frame mounted rock rails.

Can I get a full 2.5" of lift? That's what I've settled on.
