We keep prices low by manufacturing and designing all in-house. Which is a huge savings off the start. We have also elected not to coat the products as they are in a space that can't really be seen, and will not experience any rust issue due to the material. All of those things and others add up to us providing the best possible product, at the most competitive prices for our customer.
Well said. Thanks for the insight!

I appreciate you tying to help, but this is the wrong product, and we do not recommend using top spacer lifts. I deleted the post so people dont get confused 🤙.
As I mentioned this process works perfect to get the coilovers out, and I used this process to get the coilovers out and install the perch collars. I would hate to see others struggle and try to get their coilovers out the more difficult way. But yes, obviously you're not going to try to install perch collars the way you would install top hat spacers, that would be top hat backwards :p

Ok..I learned a lot today with phone calls between both SVC and RPG. This differences are:

RPG is anodized aluminum, 2.25" front and 1.5" rear

SVC is bare aluminum, 2.0" front and 1.5" rear (leaving a slight rake in front)

Personal decision for each of us but I plan to install up to 200lb of bumper, winch, etc up front and the 2.25" lift might be necessary.

As for anodize vs bare: These are in a wet environment, trapping moisture potentially between perch and strut (microscopic but it doesn't take much), therefore I think for longevity anodizing is necessary. I highly recommend SVC consider this process-application. The last thing anyone wants is a corrosion led fatigue crack that causes sudden unloading of a spring.

Google Quote: " Anodizing is a method for changing the surface chemistry of metals and other substrates. It protects against corrosion, enhances aesthetic qualities, resists scratching and is one of the most durable surface finishes available."

@SVCOFFROAD any chance for a version that is 2” on all 4 corners? I absolutely hate the “leveled” look and while I know you’re leaving in some of the rake, I also will be towing with my bronco quite regularly. I want to maintain *all* of the factory rake. Skyjacker has a spacer kit but I like your solution better… if it can be made to keep the rake.

could buy 2 kits and reach agreement with someone else that only wants 1.5 on all four corners and sell to them

Agreed, just hoping that since SVC makes these in house they can produce what I need and save me all that legwork :)

I appreciate you taking the time to educate yourself on the products. Its always great to hear how other brands defend their pricing and value offering on competitive products.

In regards to the 2" vs 1.5", remember that is the preload, this translates into about 1/8 of an inch difference in front and rear height. Which is the slight rake we are referring to, which will likely level out with a heavier bumper or driver ;).

That fatigue stress cracking would be quite a stretch to see for a failure. We have already put on 1000's of miles on our Gen 3 Raptor test kits that are uncoated, and have not experience any indications or signs of failure.

That being said, to Eliminate all doubt and further enhance our customers confidence in our product and brand, we'll taking our spacers to be hard anodized and coated clear tomorrow.

All orders will ship hard coated clear
, we'll also be doing it at the same competitive price currently listed online!!!!

Cheers,

AJ

I'll get some more photos up tomorrow so you can see it on a Sasquatch, and see how the difference translates to about 1/8th of an inch front to back.

I hope that includes the set that I just purchased today!
Thanks for the update to the community and I appreciate you evolving your product to enhance it's durability and quality.
I was already planning on having them Hard Anodized once I got them, because it's easy for me to do that. So you are saving me the extra effort!

I think we have a little miscommunication here. I do not want my truck to be level, or even within 1/8” of level. I don’t like the level look unloaded and with 350 lbs of tongue weight on the hitch, it’s going to look completely ridiculous. I want to maintain all of the factory rake, so I want to use the same lift on all 4 corners.

My apologies, communicate through forums and emails can be tough. If you want the same on all 4 corners. Shoot me a DM with your email, and I'll see if we can make a set and process a order for you with all 4 as the 2".
