Any chance you could PM or link to the thread with the disassembly instructions, (and hopefully not get deleted when doing so 😂)?

Definitely looking at all options before I begin teardown.

This guy did a good job explaining how and what youll need to get the job done.

Hey 6G,
After speaking with many of you last week, we got a general consensus that people wanted a little more height.

So this week we test a bunch of differnt heights, and settled on changing these to a lift that produces 2.25” of lift up front and just over 2” in the back.

This height is based off the change from the floor to the fender. This creates a more leveled look, but also has slight rake for performance.

Thanks again for all the feedback and support. We appreciate you taking the time to help us make the best products possible. This change will be reflected on all the orders placed.

Cheers,

AJ
Hey @SVCOFFROAD I got mine in the mail today but all 4 of the spacers are measuring the exact same height with my digital calipers. DId you guys decide not to do the higher lift in the front now? They look very nice otherwise. Thanks!

I got mine too and they are all 4 the same size. I was assuming that adding the same size spacer results in different height changes in the front vs. the back.
Or maybe @SVCOFFROAD sent the wrong sets?

They are the correct sets, and should be the same size for all the corners. The springs produce different lifts front and back, and the same size spacer produces the best lift. 🤙

Thanks for the reassurance! I can't wait to install these! Just waiting for my rear shock skids to come in and I'll have everything ready.

I like this one from about 2:00-6:00 for what seems like an easier method for the front by dropping the back of the lower control arm.

Correct diameter and mounting service for the spring collar perch. The are both the same where it matters 🤙
It looks like the non-SAS badlands would still go with the “Bilstein” version that you also have for SAS?
I’ll have to think long and hard about it. I have the zone level kit, but would definitely be interested in (and have been thinking about) a 2” lift. 🤦🏻‍♂️

How much are you getting quoted for install of these?

Local ford dealership quoted me $1270 (which I was not expecting).

A local 4x4 shop quoted me $300 but I’m wondering if he didn’t understand that these are the perch style and not top hats.

I don’t want to drop this off Tuesday only for the guy to call me back saying it’s not actually $300.

Thank you.

The dealer doesn’t want to do the job if they are quoting you $1200. Most of these are quoted at a 2-3 hr job so $300 sounds fair, but know that probably doesn’t include an alignment which will be about another $120.
