Swapping a leather rear center armrest into a MGV rear seat?

maybe you should just consider going to your local upholstery and trim shop and see what they can do. adding a couple of cupholder into a fold down armrest does not appear to be any huge endeavor...

For MGV you gotta get a Badlands, strap these to the Molle rail. Problem solved. Any way a lot cheaper than tearing up those seats.

then fabricating an armrest would be a breeze. a padded box with a matching vinyl covering on it with a tail to press into the seam between the seat cushion and back rest or possibly just seat belted into position in the center... simple

Came here to say exactly this! You could throw some chips in them but anything taller than 6” falls out on the first curve, so in the dirt would get hit in the head with whatever you put in there.

I think I will mount one of these on the trans hump behind the console - I am not sure how it will stick to the rubber floor or this other one that can go on the back of the console

I’m debating doing something like that for my kids as well. Wish I could find a flip down solution but this one would do if you can spec a close enough color.
