Hi everyone,
I came upon this stat earlier today and thought that you all might be interested in seeing what vehicle is now the number 1 rate for its resale value in 2024.
I must admit that I was surprised to read that the Ford Bronco has surpassed the Toyota Taco, as the Taco has been rated number 1 for many years now.
Good on Ford for building a Bronco that many people are starting to appreciate not just for it's looks, but also it's capabilities.
Hats off to all us Bronco owners for owning the best resale vehicle in North America!
Enjoy...

Toyota's got half the top ten, so not being in first can't be a big thang. And the Bronco ain't been out five years yet.

Having said that though, I can see the Bronco staying in the top 10 if not first for a while.

I’m a little suspicious of this list. The Bronco 6G hasn’t even been out for 5 years. Can you cite the source?

I wish/ hope this to be true but if I had to bet, it's just a supply and demand factor at this point.

It been only a few months since an average buyer could go into a Ford dealer and buy a new Bronco without ordering or getting lucky with a no-take or a crazy ADM.
Which means it should take another 2 to 3 years for those buyers to decide if they are keeping, selling or for leases to expire

Glad to see that but I’m afraid it may not last long. Ford is now cranking out more Bronco’s than the market is absorbing st present. Ford is now offering 2k rebates on Bronco’s due to the building inventory. That’s a good thing if you’re buying new, but narrows the gap between new and used therefore depressing the used value a bit. I think Bronco values will remain above average but am concerned as more are available resale will slide. And if Ford starts dumping Bronco’s into daily rental fleets to juice sales and drop inventory, our values will decline faster.

Maybe it is true for a 21 or early 22 Bronco. With a higher MSRP, emmm...

A valid point, but only time will tell if it hold true for all years...

Getting 2/3 of your money back after 5 years is kind of crazy. Of course, it depends on many factors. But at that rate, it’s cheaper to buy than lease.

I would say Maverick and Bronco need spots exchanged. Will see when both have been on market for 5 years
