Yes, it does block the front camera a bit but not the whole view.

I don't know exactly what you mean by capable, but if you were to hit something the modular bumper would bend before the Prerunner bar would.

Capable bumper is the standard one on BD and BL now. Some people have added the Amazon bull bars that fit the modular but would be nice for a company to make one specific.

From looking at the bumper that comes standard on the BD and BL, there are no points to attach a prerunner bar to.

Bingo! Would be nice for a company to make a version that works for the capable, either by instructing to drill holes/backing plate or some kind of clamp. Capable bumpers are standard on over half the Bronco line-up but no options except going aftermarket.
