TCcustoms denied my claim pure BS! Do not deal with them!

edit: they are going to replace it and inspect it before shipping out to me!

Had a Klipsch tower speaker delivered once from Crutchfield that looked similar upon arrival. Woofer had a hole poked through it. Crutchfield did the right thing and immediately shipped me another. They fought with UPS on the claim. TCcustoms needs to step up.

Go find a recent youtube video of theirs, and put a (reasonably worded) complaint in the comments section.

Something like: I reall appreciate all the Bronco content you all have been delivering, but I have this problem with a recent shipment from you. My package arrived severely damaged and missing parts, and I am having trouble getting TC Customs to approve the damage claim with UPS.

It was the wrong type of shipping box for the items. UPS won’t do anything it is on the vendor!

For some reason Jeep parts always get delivered like this as well. Not sure why... a combination of inadequate packaging with really heavy and shifty items?

dispute it with your credit card company. email them the pics and how your dispute was denied. They might be able to do a chargeback and hold them accountable. They can't do jack shit if the credit card company does a chargeback
