Neat, can it go over a boulder in 1.98 seconds like a Bronco can.

You went 0 for 5 but at least you tried! In this thread:
"Just give me a v8, it's better anyways"
"Nice car they built will all them subsidies"
"Oh, does it run on bitcoin?"
"Back in MY day, I had a Dodge dart that could do that."
"Sure it's fast, but you can't charge it anywhere"
Ummm dodge demon isn’t street legal on drag radials with seats removed and skinny’s on the front. Yet a 9sec car in the 1/4mi.Not sure how that's street legal. People are going to kill themselves in that thing.
Awesome tho
I remember when the Tesla was just an ad in a magazine back in 2008 as I was about to graduate undergrad. I swore to myself I'd own one. Bronco not even a thought in my imagination
Now I have zero desire for the Tesla and want something that's literally the opposite lol
Still think it's an amazing feat of a vehicle
Hey you don't think 60 year old mid crises dudes like to go recklessly fast tooUmmm dodge demon isn’t street legal on drag radials with seats removed and skinny’s on the front. Yet a 9sec car in the 1/4mi.
You’re failing to realize most who own this Tesla will be paying $80k+. It’s not a 16yr old kid buying these things.
Damn it, who let all the Tesla trolls into B6G TODAY!!!
That is an incomprehensible number. Just insanity.
It’s sadly true but it is what it is. One upside to a world where everyone drives silent cars is I’ll never have to hear another 4 cylinder without an exhaust sounding like a giant fart can! Win! There was a rumor the other day that Dodge is looking to take back this crown so I’m curious what they’re coming up with next. Hopefully it’s a Demon Challenger with a supercharged V8 and three electric motors for a .07 0-60 and a 1/4 mile in 3 seconds and it sounds good.I’m a big fan of manual transmission ICE, hydraulic steering, etc. cars and will always have one, but EVs are the future and this Tesla is just insanity. It’s the fastest production car And can be had for around $130k which is a comparative bargain. Leno did a 9.2 @ 152! What cars trap 152 mph?
It will go almost 400 miles on a charge and a 15 min recharge adds close to 200 miles.
I knew I was completely over unions when a union leader, in an orientation meeting for a new account we had won (one of the big 3), not jokingly in the least bit, asked if his union employees would be prohibited from watching porn on their company provided laptops. Then, once we were on site performing work, the dozen or so union "reps" would sit in their offices sleeping all day collecting a pay check. That is, when they weren't sexually harassing our employees with impunity. And help keeps Americans able to afford something of an American Dream, whatever is left of it that is. Unions are multi edged swords. They are good for workers, terrible for companies, they breed laziness, but also motivate the unskilled. Whatcha gonna do? I still think Elon is a super villian. Just waiting for his evil reveal.
Ohh I have heard some bad stories in my day aswell. About shutdown lines because people werent allowed to use a mop. All kinds. Lots of troubles, but damn I was able to buy and build that Maverick simply because I got union pay for 6 months as a air force requirement. It was a hell of a thing flipping between $11 and $32 an hour from job to job. As a temp I also saw how people doing the same (hard work) and either getting $7.50 or $16 an hour if they they got approved to work on the union side of the shop. Thats $240 a week for full time work inhaling plastic fumes and this was only 12 years ago. So unions are good and bad.I knew I was completely over unions when a union leader, in an orientation meeting for a new account we had won (one of the big 3), not jokingly in the least bit, asked if his union employees would be prohibited from watching porn on their company provided laptops. So, yeah, I have a shitty view of unions and the people who run them. It's a scam.
Funny how that works. I went from thinking Tesla’s we’re awesome and wanting one, to being stuck on classic cars, mustang is pulling at my heartstrings. Not sure how that's street legal. People are going to kill themselves in that thing.
