The first half of this vide they are tuning a 2.7L F150 with an upgraded inter cooler, exhaust, cold air, intake, E50 and a tune and hitting 530hp.

It also has upgraded turbos and methanol injection.

With a tune alone, I'd bet that 375HP is easily achievable. Fusion Sport (2.7TT) wakes up nicely with a tune only, I can't see why the Bronco wouldn't realize similar benefits.

Off topic, but kinda related - I hope the Warthog is equipped with the newer 3.0TT. That motor starts at 400Hp in other platforms.

Didn't Ford already say that the ECU's are going to be even more locked down and harder to tune third-party?

I hope so. I know quite a few tuners from the FoST/FiST community still, and a lot of them are hard passing on all the new EcoBoost platforms because of it. I hope COBB or someone else out there figures it out, though.

Anybody aware of a downside other than increased cost of running a water / methanol injection system on a 2.7 EB?

I'm interested in the FiveStar tuning and just trying to understand the implications of adding the water/meth injection and can't see anything other than lower intake temperature and higher octane.

And I don't believe the turbos in the video are upgraded. It had a cold air intake / high flow filter and an aftermarket intercooler. But from what i got from the video the turbos are the stock units. Edit: Turbos are CRP Stage 2

Likely a high-flow cat downpipe as well.

At 2:01 mark they state the turbos are CRP stage 2 units.
