Yeah the local ford place won't leave me alone now since I stopped a few weeks ago to look at a Leadfoot gray F-150 that they have put a 6" lift on .LOL

Pretty sure if Ford wanted to satisfy everybody's perfect color choice, there would be ~190,000 color options available (one for each reservation holder).

There is already a problem that" 55% of your paint selections are in gray scale Please note i'm being generous here as Area 51 has a 49% viable argument to be made for grayscale which would make 63% of colors offered in grayscale

Grayscale paint colors:

1. Shadow black
2. Refrigerator White
3. Cactus Gray
4. Carbonized Gray Metallic
5. Iconic Silver
6. Antimatter blue (effectively black)

Actual colors:

1. Cyber Orange
2. Race Red
3. Rapid Red
4. Velocity Blue
5. Area 51 (only 51% color, the remaining 49% is gray scale)

Every single one of the paint colors in the grayscale list above could have had a better/different color chosen for it. Frankly, duplicating silver, gray and black was a terrible decision with better options already existing on the color pallet of Ford. Assuming that only 2020 paint colors were on the table to remove shade duplication, simple selections such as the below would spice this up soooooo much more than choosing gray #1 over gray #2, #3, #4 or #12.

1. Replace Antimatter blue with Blue Jeans
2. Replace Carbonized Gray Metallic with Grabber Lime
3. Replace Cactus Gray with Dark Persian Green or anything brown/gold

You still have the ubiquitous trio of "black, silver, refrigerator" to generate 70% of dealership orders.

I'd like to see a color similar to my old Tacoma. This was a great color out here in the desert. Shows hardly any dust or desert pin striping.
