The first EVER Bronco DIY Painted Starlight Dashboard (aka Dopamine Dashboard)

Hi friends!
Over on Instagram (I.Vegabond), I have been documenting my journey in creating the first ever Bronco Starlight Dashboard - what I am also calling the "Dopamine Dashboard".

This started because I have the @ORACLE Lighting Universal Starlight Kit. Oracle uses it in the wheel liners, but my ADHD refuses to let me be anything but extra. After getting my 2024 Ford Bronco and not loving the stitched dashboard (unpopular, I know) - my friend Jason offered to swap me and the chaos began.

Yes, I have to run the fiber optics (that connect to the light unit) - one teeny strand through each hole

Magnificent. Not for everyone, but you made it yours.
Kudos for creativity and taking the initiative to get in there and do all the work.
Truly the best way to learn these is to get in there and see how it all goes together (however unnerving that CAN be during the process).

Of course, you could also just replace it if you want to sell. How difficult do you think is just replacing the dash cover specifically? Couple hour job maybe?

To get just the top piece off, it's not as bad, maybe 1hr total to take off and put a new one back off if you don't know what you are doing.
Add another hour to get the lower dashboard piece (under the airbag).
You want that center piece in the back?! Like a 4+ hour job - we had to tear so much apart because of the way the pillar covers sit on top of it. Absolutely insane.
I took it out because I wanted to permanently bolt my Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions Grid instead of the self-tapping screws.

Interesting modification. I think you did a wonderful job on this including the step by step pictures. Not one Bronco owner that I know of leaves their Bronco stock or worries about the resale value when making modifications.
