Hahahaha. Helped build that pipeline years ago. They had electric open close on the valves then. They can open those manually but they can just raise the price up by being lazy

Alright, I don't want to get political and if this gets me banned so be it, but I can't sit idly by while you spew such nonsense. A bat covered in barbed-wire, or more commonly a bat with nails in it is a terrible weapon for the zombie apocalypse. A bat won't do heavy enough damage to obliterate the brain on one hit frequently enough to stop a zombie from closing on you and the barbed wire is too fragile to add any benefit while adding the massive negative of helping to get the bat stuck after a strike reducing your ability to take a second swing in a timely manner. Now if you want to really do well for yourself, you find yourself a nice poleaxe. Long handled to keep a distance and provide extra power in swing, heavy enough to do some serious damage to a skull with spearing, axe, and hammer options available for the situation at hand.

Or an AR.
Agreed. But this guy made it look “easy peezy, Lemon squeezy”

Folks are getting stupid around here. Some stations are running out. Just like the TP, folks hoard everything. I'm just worried if I'll have enough gas to finish off the week. Crazytown....

Never understood why people don’t just fill up when at the gas station, you’re already there...why just put $20? Yeah i get it’s painful to watch it go beyond that, then fill up when it gets halfway instead of running it til it hits “E”?
I would like to think that was just a high school thing. Do grown a$$ adults really do that?

From what I understand it is not a "GAS" shortage so much as it is a shortage of tanker trunk drivers to get it to the stations. 🤷‍♂️

I am hearing "everything is on order" for every store I go into these days. That or they complain about inflation. Gas may be that way shortly it sounds like.

If you think mentioning how important the ability to move fuel around effectively is political, I have a feeling you may be a bit too political.
Agree as long as we don’t talk about the politics behind pipelines lol.

I instantly regretted sending that without reading the thread. It took one single page to devolve into poo flinging. Thats on me. I gotta live with that terrible choice the rest of my life now.
