THE my Bronco production build date has been DELAYED / MOVED BACK thread

6/28 build week and no email so far. If it gets pushed it gets pushed not a damn thing anyone can do about it. Still hoping for delivery before end of Aug.

I went from June 10 build week to june 28th build week and I’m a priority 1 here in Canada

Nobody is hating but for Ford not to send out a mass email to people that have reserved or ordered a Bronco letting them know about this delay is terrible PR on their part.

100% agreed. We all kind of expected it but communication has been lacking. I get a build date the week of May 31st (which I was holding my breath would happen) and now no follow up email saying there will be a two week delay due to shut down etc. LIke everyone has said it's understandable and I'm not hating on employees or even Ford but some communication would go a long way. As to what the hell is going on..they have social media.. post that shit!

Really the whole attraction to begin with for me was a 2door stick shift off roader. But I’d be lying if I said the 2.7 wasn’t a great engine and a superior option, given the two. Torque is a big cog in the Fun Factory of driving for me, so if I don’t have a build time by Memorial Day I’m probably seeing that as time enough to save for the V6.

Oh, that 2.7, for a moment there I thought you meant Lotus TWO SEVEN.

Saw this post earlier with only two dick answers and immediately figured they were VINless.

But, since I've been assigned a VIN also, I do find this interesting and relevant. Its the first I've seen of an email like this from Ford. Maybe I've missed other's though.

Now you have me scared I'll open my email and see something from Ford.

I am curious how many people will jump ship over the next few months. I am sure there are a ton of reservation holders that were excited about the bronco release but will get sick of this shit

I'd venture to guess quite a few of the non-forum folks will jump ship....

I thought this was a Forum where people came to share information, not to be attacked. Why don't you try not to be a dick and try something like, Hey, better posted on the existing FORD delays orders thread instead of being a jerk about it.

My thoughts exactly people need to quit worrying about what other people post , if you don’t like it don’t read it , people are free to post what they want it’s all information who cares if it’s on another thread , get a life
