By "much more info", we have the same date(s) the customers have access to, the build week, the build day. Otherwise, we can see "sent to plant", "produced", or "released". Once upon a time, I saw another strange status update, when a customer's window was knocked out by someone throwing a bottle over a fence at Dirt Mountain, otherwise, that's about it. We do see the expected delivery times, which have been about as accurate as a mud watch.

The fact that they couldn't even tell me that I was scheduled was interesting. You've been great at communicating the trickle of information they provide you but it's a bit ridiculous that they don't have access to the info they've provided you.

Released, allegedly, means it's ready for transport. I've seen them sit there for weeks in "released" status.

John, Is there any way besides total sales #'s to get moved up higher on Fords dealer priority list? Can we do anything to help improve SAC's status? You know, a (legal) help-us help-you help-us?

I'm scheduled for the week of 4/25 but nothing has updated on the Ford site. I just called out of curiosity and was told that they had no information aside from that I had an order placed. They advised that dealers had much more information than Ford does so I should continue to request updates from the dealer.

I have no desire to bother John so it would be nice for Ford to provide updates but I suppose that's not their business strategy.

If you don't mind - who did you call and what number?

I know we're all in different situations with our want/need levels for a Bronco, but I'm starting to see this interminable reservation hell as something of a blessing in disguise. I don't want a dirt mountain Bronco or a Bronco that's shipped without microchips that the dealer is supposed to install a year later. That seems crazy...

If I end up not getting my SAC Bronco until 2024, so be it. Hopefully by then (if the world hasn't been nuked into oblivion or something) Ford will have figured out their issues.

Just the customer service number. The woman was friendly but it took her several minutes to find my order.

Here's an updated spreadsheet of the orders we have.

16 Scheduled within first 24 hours of reservations opening

1 scheduled within first 48 hours of reservations opening

2 scheduled within first 72 hours of reservations opening

2 scheduled later, probably rebuilt orders by Ford that didn't get the original timestamp added.

Thanks, John. Seeing the picture again helps drive home your messaging about it not truly being a top down time stamp order kind of an operation.

I assume still no word on more Raptor allocations unless we hear otherwise.
