PPF still boggles the mind. It’s clear vinyl.

The soft top is now a bigger constraint over hardtop? Manual transmission as a constraint is surprising too.

For the guys who have gotten built lately. How many of you have tow. I’m considering adding it back.
No Tow

Doesn't matter, Even if they build it, they aren't going to ship it anyway. They'll just string you along for months with no information just like it's been for years. It's become such a joke that family and friends quit asking and they are buying stuff from other makes that they will actually get before I do.

I love that 2 years ago my no-options, 4 door, manual, soft top, big bend was about the easiest thing to get built, and now that there's a glimmer of hope that i might actually get scheduled this year... my build is now one of the most constrained. lol.

Meh, I find it hard to believe only 33% of orders with soft top can be built compared to 67% of orders with hard top. Otherwise list hasn’t changed much, what’s been a constraint for the last year still a constraint, maybe just slightly different percentages.

EDITED after watching the video:
The figures posted above don't tell the whole story.... The percentages are just half of the equation, they do not indicate what the actual DEMAND is.
I just watched the video, and he did mention the demand for most of the constraints:
Ford Bronco The Plan & Offer - Stephens Auto Center's Mid Atlantic Bronco Connection 1673369535578

For example, let's look at a low demand item such as The Tow package. The figure above states 55%. Comparing this to the Demand of 31%, the capacity to build them exceeds the demand by 24%, therefore it should be no problem to fulfill those orders.

The Demand vs Capacity chart from June 2021:

My hypothesis is that those percentages posted above are useless without knowing the demand percentages.
I believe you are correct. I had some of the worse constraints on my build (according to Town and Country):

1. Bull Bar
2. Heavy Duty Modular Bumper
3. Manual Transmission

Also.. how the heck did I get scheduled today? It's a Tuesday.

I hope there will be more builds scheduled for SAC today. I am still hanging in there with a 7/14 reservation.

Well, hopefully the allocations are slowly rolling out in emails. I mean, Tuesday? When does someone get one on Tuesday? I didn't even believe it until I logged into my account.

I did complain in the "900 Days" thread and constantly tagged the Ford Motor Company account. I also logged in every day over the past few weeks to the backdoor link. I don't know if that helped or not.

You have the automatic, 2.7L engine and tow. That is the only real difference to mine. You may already be scheduled or will be shortly. There wasn't many of us left between 7/14-7/19 AFAIK after the last round where they said there should 20 or so new allocations for Stephens... You might want to check the backdoor. If not, then it may just be the transmission and engine difference that did it for me.

I went right to the backdoor immediately after seeing your post. I too was like "Tuesday???"
