"The Wrangler wears its primitive past like a badge of honor, and Jeep’s decision to draw a through-line with its flagship’s unfettered formula is a form of whimsy simply not available with the Bronco, which comes across as digitally rendered facsimile of the Wrangler’s anachronisms."

WTF is that word vomit?
I tried to answer but can't quite figure it out.

Anyone comparing the Jeep to the Bronco is not a car enthusiast being the Jeep is still archaic in the way it drives and is underpowered. The interior is nothing great and the handling is the worst on open highway. I have owned many of them and no way would I try to convey the Jeep has any authority over the Bronco. I sold my Jeep Gladiator for a Ford F150 Supsersnake and closed the chapter in my life of the Jeep craze.

That's not entirely fair. The only place it really lags is the front axle and it's inherent driving characteristics, and that's a perk for some people. The 4xe and 392 are both plenty powerful.

Mr. Hunting, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
A simple “no” would’ve done just fine…

Yes the 392 is definitely nice but not for 75k plus and be so lucky to get one.

I test drove one when I was debating on waiting it out for the Bronco, and I found it to be terrible to drive. I like the concept of the 4xe, but it didn't impress me on the road.

I guess not everything drives like a cloud floating through your dreams, like a Zuk.

I hear that kind of crap all the time from people who lack the talent to create something coherent. Something like;

"We're shifting the paradigm of how we view our lives in the context of architecture." Uh huh, it's acturally loosely translated to, "I couldn't figure out how to make the roof work. "

He’s saying he thinks the Jeep is better at actually honoring its heritage. The bronco has a retro looking body style but is a huge departure from the later 60’s Bronco’s in every other way.

I happen to agree with him.

IMHO they are both cool, customizable vehicles. Bronco has better road manners, which is what most people care about. Competition will make both brands better. The reviewer could have written this piece without stepping in either vehicles and has just recycled opinions expressed by others.
