How are folks adjusting the panels to fit tighter against the seals? Is there a procedure that I missed somewhere?

I expect a lot of people to be ready to punt them at that point, and the aftermarket top manufacturers will be loving it.I expect a lot of complaints and pressure as Broncos start getting out of warranty.
Buys offroad car with removable top and doors. Complains its not as quiet as a Lexus SUV.Took my Bronco in several times for wind noise coming through the roof panels, especially on cold days. After several trips and a TSB, the noise is now 10X worse than before. I get a super annoying whistling noise coming from 3 or 4 areas. My son has to wear headphones whenever he is in, and the family refuses to do any trips for more than 30 mins. (I can't blame them!) All the dealership can do is escalate the issue to Ford corporate and wait. It's been 2 months now with no word, and the service shop just throws their hands up. I see a bunch of threads of people spending time and money trying to fix their own issues with the top. What a shitty product.

^^^This ^^^ is actually in the Bronco Owner's Manual. There are a series of steps to fix this:
- Enlist in the military
- Get a job around Arty or EOD or jets
- Ensure you get leadership that doesn't give you proper PPE nor the time to properly use it (easiest part)
- Eventually, the resulting hearing loss will eliminate most of it and the remaining wind noise just kinda harmonizes beautifully with the tinnitus.
Giving Webasto an award for the MIC hardtop is akin to giving your dog a treat for crapping on your kitchen floor. The top is made of cardboard after all, Webasto junk they won a prize for somehow. Mine was relatively quiet for the first year, then I had the top off for about 6 months and now it's horrible. Way worse when it's 20 degrees of less out. Couple that with the whistling frameless windows that blow out in heavy cross winds and it's a quality masterpiece! Even so I still like it for what it is. But, the '22 Rubicon 2 door I traded in for the Bronco was Cadillac quiet compared to the Bronco, no comparison. Jeep has a heavy, sturdy top with minimal factory insulation that kicks the Webasto crap's butt.

Call naive but I bought my Bronco with the full expectation that is would be somewhat noisy, that is the beast you bear. Anything that comes with optional sound deafening should have giving you a clue that there is possibly noise. I drive mine on short trips, long trips and all in between and while the noise is there it isn't that bad. Compared to my wife's Maverick it is noisy, her Maverick is noisy compared to our Lincoln. I prefer the real noise of driving it topless and naked. ( see pictures)Took my Bronco in several times for wind noise coming through the roof panels, especially on cold days. Attached is the only thing I can think of for adjustment. I smoke tested my top. There are 14 leaks. I can live with 13 of them, but the one in the center of the front panels produces a loud whistle. It's been to the dealer, and like others, is now worse after they replaced the seal. I've taken the entire top off, lubed all of the seals, and there is no difference. I adjusted the front panel receivers and it also made no difference. How are folks adjusting the panels to fit tighter against the seals? Is there a procedure that I missed somewhere?
