These roof panels are garbage and Ford should be ashamed of themselves.

I disagree to a point on the soft top. No leaks or squeaks. Noise isn’t bad at all driving in town speeds. Wind noise does get a little loud at 69.8mph.
I don't think we disagree at all, around town is not bad, but yea its when I go +60mph I can really hear the noise.

That's not it. Don't be a shill and make excuses for Ford. I expected wind noise and never thought for a sec it would be quiet. I've owned a wrangler too and knew what to expect. What I am hearing is much much different. It's a loud whistling noise that sounds like one of those toy flutes and was made much worse after Ford tinkered with it. Unacceptable.
Then, in that case, it sounds like time to have someone else drive and you play 'catch where the air is sneaking through'. Once you find that place, seal it.

I honestly wouldn't bother having Ford do anything with it. You're better to find the issue yourself.

I know I'm very early in my Bronco ownership with less than 500 miles so I'll state that up front.

Bought mine during one of our first real cold snaps here in SE Michigan with lows near 0F.

No wind noise whatsoever. Had a full body PPF applied and the installer removed the entire top, which is what should be done to do the job right, but it made me nervous that once the original seal was disturbed, the wind noise would appear.

I've had the vehicle back for almost a week and no noise. Even had it up to 80+mph on the highway yesterday and nothing. Is the vehicle louder that the 2012 BMW X5 I traded in, YES, I expected that, but I could tell the difference between road noise and wind noise.

Again, not dismissing that the problem exists as that is well documented, and I acknowledge that my ownership is in its infancy. Just reporting what I have experienced so far and hoping maybe I'm lucky and/or maybe they have improved the seals in these later models.

Roll some towels up lengthwise and place between rollbar and top over side windows. Makes a noticeable difference on a long trip at speed.

I put weatherstripping in multiple places to get the noise quieter. That wasn't enough where the front panels meet the main top (2-door) so I have towels permanently shoved in there to absorb more sound. It sucks, but my dealership took one look at it and told me it's "working as designed" so I decided to drop it with them.

I had people get in from day one and look in the back, "is there a window down back there?!?" (It's a 2dr...) Then that went away after a few months. But now I have a wind noise over the passenger where the panels meet. Occasionally it'll go away for a few days/week or so.

Hopefully you're one of the lucky ones.

I've got a 2Dr late 2022 Base. Windows seem quiet enough, but there is a noise that seems to come from the passenger-side top just in back of front-passenger seat... starting at about 60 mph.

Question -- Is there a list anywhere of folks who have worked on their hardtops (a 2dr in my case), and actually had success silencing it a bit? I wouldn't mind trying a few things myself, but then again mine isn't that noisy... just a mild wind noise.

Took my Bronco in several times for wind noise coming through the roof panels, especially on cold days. After several trips and a TSB, the noise is now 10X worse than before. I get a super annoying whistling noise coming from 3 or 4 areas. My son has to wear headphones whenever he is in, and the family refuses to do any trips for more than 30 mins. (I can't blame them!) All the dealership can do is escalate the issue to Ford corporate and wait. It's been 2 months now with no word, and the service shop just throws their hands up. I see a bunch of threads of people spending time and money trying to fix their own issues with the top. What a shitty product.
There are aftermarket one-piece tops that might seal better.

But really, we all bought Broncos to take panels off, or we'd get a truck or Exploror like normies. I traded in my '21 Ranger Crewcab for a 4-door Big Bend as I wanted 4x4 and roof/door freedom.

We should all take readings of our interior noise volume, just to start setting a baseline.
Is there an app for that??

Both my MIC 2dr and softy 4dr (that I had for a short while) , I felt were OK in the noise department ... for what they are.
We have done several multi-day high mileage road trips in each and really haven't had an issue .... summer or winter.
That being said, there ave been a few tips posted that I'd like to try that seem plausible in lowering the db's.
I agree, we all have wildly different ideas about wind noise. There is an app (can't remember the app though) and if I remember correctly I got 72db @ 70 mph in my 2 Dr. If several of us download the same app and test on similar roads at the same speed, we might get a fairly accurate measure. Would be even better if we used the same phone mounted in the same location. That might be asking too much though.

It's an unfortunate thing about modern cars and the dealership-oem relationship, can the dealership fix the wind noise? %100, can we fix it if it's not a OEM approved method? No. So if the OEM engineers won't reply all you can do is wait or (I'll use Toyota as an example) you have to keep calling the assistance line till you get an engineer who knows their shit (which can take awhile) to get an answer. And once the car comes in once for diag that issue now only goes to that tech, so I'd recommend trying a different dealership as it really sounds like you just need new seals and the tech hasn't even bothered taping off the gaps to determine the are of concern.

"We all bought Broncos to take panels off" This is false. I got it to go off roading like a 2dr can do. Others (probably a lot of others) because they like the looks or some other non-top related thing.

But this does remind of when Ford tried to force people to supplement the convertible market by forcing people to buy the option if they wanted other valuable options. (Sunroofs are another bugaboo option that gets shipped with other desirable options and packages from various manufacturers.) It's been 30 thirty year, so can't recall what they were, but they very nearly kept my old man from buying a 95 Mustang GT because he couldn't fit in the convertible (too tall).

Not everyone goes "topless, amazing!" If only people who wanted to take parts of the top off bought it, Ford would not have brought it back for lack of anticipated sales.

Well, they are made in Texas, so Armadillo must be Cowboys fans, what with that removeable portal up top so God can watch 'em play off road mudder at the mall.
