They sent a shop in Florida one to test fit BUT that was 3-4 months ago. Not a peep since.

Either they had issues or can't produce them due to supply chain issues?

That’s a bummer. Also waiting for SVC to make one. I’ll wait for a few to be available before buying as I want to see what everyone’s doing. I mean, I’ve waited this long so what’s a little longer!?

On the F150 Raptor, there are at least 8 different companies that make larger ICs (FMIC and behind the grill). I ran a FMIC (see below).

In looking at the Bronco, a bigger one in the factory location is almost impossible due to lack of space. So that leaves running a bigger one behind the grill. I am sure SVC will make one BUT it will require some modifications like removing the grill shutters. It will not be an easy install

So, because I don't know, what advantage will be gained by a larger intercooler that only drops the charge intake by 10-15 degrees? Does it produce that much more horsepower or torque?

An intercooler upgrade will not cause any increase in power as the air is still being cooled by ambient temperature. The larger volume will help combating heat soak so you do not lose power as intake air temperature increases during repeat heavy acceleration. Just helps maintain air intake temperatures better over prolonged use.

With a reduction in IAT you can then advance the timing with an ECU tune and that will allow for an increase in power.

But just on it's own, a larger and/or more efficient intercooler simply lowers IAT. It will, however, reduce the possibility of causing a loss of power: high IAT's cause the ECU to retard ignition and decrease power to save the engine from going ka-boom.
