Thanks!!

Key takeaway! Be gentle with it. Don’t force it. The back window especially. You can pop off these clips if you pull the seam vs the base of rear window and would have to replace that piece. With so many of us getting soft tops to start it’s a good thing to mindful of.

Still the best vid you've ever done. I keep going back and back to get things right and easy. If only people would watch this, it would save so much anguish. And broken parts....

I'm stuck. First time going back in, and I can't get the rear part of side windows to reach the rear seal, much less actually seal.... Needs 1/4"...

Release the latch for the rear. Just on the side you are working on. That gets you the slack you need.

Thx. Will give it a try.

OK, Tetelestai. For those who don't read Greek/Aramaic, that's It Is Finished!
So, took the suggestion to pop the rear bar a bit, but then.....YOU HAVE TO PUSH LIKE HELL ON THE BACK CORNER WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT AND THE STRENGTH OF THREE ORANGUTANS WHILE SHOVING THE PLASTIC 'EAR' INTO THE SLOT THREATENING TO BREAK IT until the bottom finally begins to go in and then work your way up. Maybe by next Spring, they'll stretch out just a wee bit......what a pain.

If you order the top struts from IAG it helps.

The upper clips on the rear window were my biggest pain. Holding the top of the clip is awkward. Took me a bit, but I have a technique now. Wife and I both have soft top and 25 months of combined practice. I hold the top, line them up and pull the bar down slightly.

These effing side windows. Hate hate hate. Which is why I only put them in once per year. Why does it have to be so difficult? After 20 min. Of wiggling and jiggling to finally get them close, you still can't get the rear seam to attach.... Sigh. Another 1/8" is all it needs....
