I am hoping Icon comes out with a rebound pro for the Bronco Raptor. @Dusty at ICON - any chance at a +25mm offset rebound pro in the 6 x 135 pattern for the Bronco Raptor?

I haven't heard any plans to do that exact spec. We currently have Rebound Pro in 6 on 135mm, at 5" backspacing and 6mm offset. No clue how that will sit on the Raptor yet.

Not confirmed, I think the offset is +30 to 34, so +6 would stick out an extra inch on an already very wide beast!
in for a penny, in for a pound :) I'll send a note to Engineering with the request. No clue whether the small Bronco Raptor production numbers will be enough to justify tooling up for it though. I'm still lobbying for 5 on 5.5 Rebound Pros for my Early Bronco LOL.

methods and black rhinos are cool but im going to rock the forged oem wheel. remember that forged wheels are lighter than cast, and this really matters on a street truck with 37s because sprung weight. 2000$ for forged wheels are hard to beat for 5 wheels. Method charges 1700 a piece for forged beadlock wheels

you are correct that forged are lighter than cast BUT I can tell you that some forged wheels are heavy as hell especially when it is a beadlock forged wheel.

Ford OEM Forged wheel is heavy .. over 32+ pounds heavy.

If you don't need beadlocks, then you can get some forged wheels in the 20 pound range

The issue will be offset. Not too many aftermarket manufacturers will produce a wheel in the OEM offset.

BTW .. F150 Raptor cast wheels is lighter than the Forged beadlock option.

My oem cast wheel Unmounted was 31.6 on my gen1 raptor, we’re the bronco weights published or did someone weigh them yet?

tbh I’ll be wheeling with the oem forged set rings attached and dailying some methods or rhinos with an AT tire. I’m not a fan of swapping rings and I’d rather rash up the oem forged wheels for 2k$ than rash up an aftermarket set with a nicer offset/non bead lock. In my mind this is the most practical way to do it

I weighed my Wildtrak spare yesterday and it came in at 90.6 pounds. The Goodyear MT according to GY weighs 52 pounds. If my scale is accurate then the cast SAS beadlock wheel is 38 pounds.

I run titan7 forged wheels on my GEN3 raptor and that wheel weighs 20.6 pounds. Granted it is at -1 offset but the weight savings is big. I can feel the quicker acceleration and braking.

Those Bronco sasquatch versions are nuts.

Ford wheels are always heavy boat anchors, I have a couple of sets for my mustangs. you start knocking of 15lbs a corner and it makes a huge difference whether is on or off road and specially off road where you can get some pretty monster heavy tires.

Thats exactly what my 66 needs. If you can get them produced I'd buy a set.

Swapping to fifteen52 analog HD wheels with 37” BFG KM3s. Got this combo for my Badsquatch but will go with an adapter to make it work on the Raptor. I know the raptor is 6x135 bolt pattern, just need to find the hub bore and lug size.

We just put the Vossen HF6-5's on today. They look insane! 20x10" in satin black with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 37x13.5x20.

Vossen will be doing a professional shoot next week. Here's just a few pics I took with my phone after the install was finished.

For all of your Bronco Raptor needs feel free to give us a shout and we'll be glad to help you guys out.
