I reached out to several local Ford dealerships, researched some regional dealers, and eventually decided on the Granger, Oct-20, 2k under invoice deal. (y)

I came to the following conclusion on this reservation and order process:
Large or small Ford dealerships, local or not, WITHOUT designated Bronco Specialists should be avoided for a myriad of reasons including lack of response, lack of product knowledge, and blatant indifference.

Some folks on here reserved a Bronco months ago and still haven't heard a peep from their dealership. That's beyond unprofessional and unconscionable in my opinion. Use those dealer switches through Ford customer service if you're unhappily ignored.

I wish you all the best in this process of patience and perseverance.

Hilarious, but predictable blockhead response...

I'm an accountant by trade and buy/sell/depreciate assets for a living, including Fleet vehicles.

All dealers have a Bronco specialist, its a requirement to be a Bronco dealer. Some may not be using them on all Bronco contacts so your point is still valid.

There hasn't been much training or info from Ford yet, so right now Bronco Specialist is more of a title than anything important. Sounds like March/April they'll start training, but even that may not be as big of deal since with the plague Ford's offering an online version which won't be the same as taking a Bronco out and using it as it was designed. At the last meeting, Ford though 2/3 would still do the in person training and were looking at adding an option for a 2nd person at the dealership to attend.
